The electioneering process began at about 8. am this morning and everyone expected the process to be fraught with irregularities in Kogi State.

Yahaya Bello Camping INEC Officials
Ajaka raised the alarm about the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), IT staff that have gone missing.
He said “Yahaya Bello, has camped some INEC IT Staff and some ward collation officers in three Lokoja hotels.
“They were camped at Reverton Hotel, Grand Golden Royal, and Suitoria Hotel overnight to manipulate BVAS Machines.
And pre-fill result sheets of Lokoja, Ajaokuta, and Kogi LGAs
Furthermore, Ajaka alleged that there are reports of thugs riding on motorbikes to evade the checkpoints of soldiers to attack remote polling units.
Polling units that have been attacked by thugs include Dekina, Ofu, Olamaboro, Bassa, and Ankpa LGA.

Government Official Found With ₦28m Cash
Ajaka also claimed that a Senior Special Assistant to the Governor from Ogugu Ward was arrested by Soldiers.
He was seen carrying ₦28 million in cash and firearms at Sabon Gari Roundabout.
This shows that there are plans to rig the elections by the incumbent for the candidate of his political party.
