Though Nigerians are happy about the Dangote refinery, they are also concerned about when it will kickstart production.
In view of how high the prices of petrol, gas, kerosene, and JetA1 fuel have become in the last few months.
The people are hopeful that the Dangote Refinery can be a solution to this hike in price challenge.
The richest man in Africa, Aliko Dangote has once again assured the people of Nigeria that his refinery would soon start production.

“We’re more than ready, and you will see our gasoline products soon,” he added.
A Former President, Muhammadu Buhari, had commissioned the refinery few weeks to the end of his second term in office, raising the hopes of Nigerians.
He had told Nigerians it was ready to begin production.
Since then, not a drop of petrol had come from that refinery.
The refinery was supposed to start production in August this year but missed that target in addition to several others over the years.
However, Dangote insists that his refinery will start producing “very, very soon.”
The refinery’s primary focus is to provide gasoline to Nigeria before considering exports to other regions, including West Africa.
