Chatham House: “They Want To Use Me To Make Money”- Tinubu Reveals Why He Shuns Public Debates In Nigeria

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu on Monday revealed that media houses in Nigeria wants to use him for profit purposes and that is why he shuns debates in Nigeria.

Tinubu while addressing elites at the Chatham House in London disclosed that those inviting him for presidential debates are only trying to use him to make money.

The former Lagos State Governor said he is a marketable individual and he would not allow anyone to take advantage of him.

He said this while answering questions from the audience in London on why he doesn’t attend debates.

Tinubu said, “I see myself as a marketable individual. You want to use me to make money and I’m saying no.”
