A tanker conveying Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), has on Saturday morning, burst into flames on Kara Bridge, Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
The fire started sometime around 1am and left many motorists stranded.
No firefighters were at the scene of the explosion.
Various motorists resorted to improvised means of escaping the gridlock.
