Breaking News! Kaduna govt confirm one case of Lassa fever

The Kaduna state government has confirmed at least one case of Lassa fever in the state.
The Special Adviser to the governor on Media and Communication, Muyiwa Adekeye confirmed to iBrandTV that the state ministry of health has confirmed a case of the deadly disease.
The virus is an acute, and often fatal, viral infection endemic to West Africa.
The symptoms include fever, sore throat, muscle aches, a skin rash, headache, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhoea, ulcers, heart and kidney failure.
