Barcelona have confirmed that talented winger Lamine Yamal sustained an injury while on international duty with the Spanish national team.
Reports indicate that Lamine suffered a hamstring injury in his left leg during Spain’s 1-0 victory over Denmark.
He was seen limping off the pitch in the final minutes, and subsequent tests conducted by the Catalan club have not yet provided a clear timeline for his return.
The club released a statement addressing the situation, saying, “Tests carried out this morning on first-team player Lamine Yamal have confirmed that he has a left hamstring strain. His return to training will be determined by his recovery time.”
Yamal has been a key player for Barcelona this season, scoring four goals and providing five assists in nine La Liga appearances.
