Nollywood veteran, Anayo Onyekwere aka Kanayo O. Kanayo has revealed that he would be conferred with. Chieftaincy title by his traditioner ruler in Imo State.
The actor made this known on October 20, 2021 in a message sent to NAN in Enugu.

The actor implored his friends and associates to set the date aside for as he would be honoured with a Chieftaincy title and would need their support.
He said:
“Please consider this as a prior notice and as a friend, brother associate, your presence matters to me and my community.
“Let’s celebrate friendship. Ya gazie,”
It would be reaclled that the Nollywood veteran was conferred with a title of Mola Mossima of Batoke Kingdom in Limbs, Cameroun.
He also received the 2020 Sun Newspapers Nollywood icon award for his excellent role delivery and iconic status.
