Forbes Africa has released its annual 30 Under 30 list, which recognises exceptional young businesspeople, inventors, and leaders under the age of 30.
This year’s list, headlined “The Newest Self-Made Young Innovators and Leaders Scripting a New Vision for Africa”.
It celebrates the achievements of 30 “multi-tasking multi-hyphenate entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders” who are driving Africa’s advancement on their own terms.
This year’s list features seven Nigerians. See them below.
- Temilade Openiyi
Also known as ‘Tems’, is a 27-year-old Nigerian singer-songwriter in the music industry.
2. Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe
Popularly known as Ayra Starr, she is a talented 20-year-old singer from Benin/Nigeria in the music industry.
3. Hansel Ndu Okeke
A 28-year-old co-founder and CEO of Weevil Company, a tech company based in Nigeria.
4. Germain Ndu-Okeke
A 24-year-old co-founder and COO of Weevil Company, a leading technology company based in Nigeria.
5. Blessing Joel Abeng
A 28-year-old co-founder and Director of Communications at Ingressive For Good, a branding and communications company based in Nigeria.
6. Oluwabusayo Victoria Abiri
A 29-year-old founder and CEO of Koko By Khloe, a thriving beauty and skincare company based in Nigeria.
7. Asisat Oshoala
A 28-year-old striker for FC Barcelona and the Nigeria women’s national team, is making waves in the professional football industry.
