Three persons have allegedly lost their lives following the collapse of the Stephen Keshi International Stadium Asaba, the Delta State capital.
iBrandtv gathered that the side of the stadium which is under construction collapsed, and reportedly killed three persons.

The construction at the stadium is ahead of the National Sports Festival scheduled to hold at the stadium.
Reports indicate that the cause of the collapse is unknown yet, but speculations are that it could be due to the rush of the construction to meet the deadline for delivery for use at the sports festival.

The Minister of Sports and Youths Development, Sunday Dare, was reported to have inspected the structure recently.
