Passengers at the Murtala Muhammad Local Airport are protesting a flight delay for 12 hours by Air Peace without notice.
The travellers have occupied the premises of the airport, asking officials to explain why their flights were delayed.
Many of them said they were scheduled to take off by 8am but the Air Peace officials made them wait till 8pm.
The passengers said they were not informed of the delay and the airline did not apologize for the inconvenience.
“No peace for Air Peace,” a woman said, “I’ve been here since 8am and these people cannot even explain why they are delaying us.”
