Gospel singers Nathaniel Bassey and Victoria Orenze have paid heartfelt tributes to late American conservative activist and media personality Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk was fatally shot on September 10, 2025, while speaking at Utah Valley University.
The incident occurred at around 12:20 p.m. during an outdoor student event, has left many in shock as tributes continue to pour in globally.

Bassey offered prayers for the late activist, writing: “Pained. Rest in the Lord, Charlie Kirk.”
Orenze, in her tribute, hailed him as a fearless Christian voice.
She declares on Instagram: “TRUTH CANNOT BE KILLED! TRUTH CANNOT BE SILENCED! TRUTH CANNOT BE STOPPED! Charlie Kirk, a true soldier of CHRIST, is with THE TRUTH (JESUS CHRIST)!!! What glory! Satan, for every time you try and an army rise instead! WE ARE NOT AFRAID!!!!!” She further prayed for comfort for Kirk’s wife, children, and family.
Kirk, aged 31, was a close ally of former U.S. President Donald Trump
Also, he gained recognition for mobilising young Republican voters through his organisation Turning Point USA.
In his honour, Trump ordered flags to be flown at half-staff nationwide, blaming the “radical left” for the tragedy.
Meanwhile, authorities are continuing investigations with assistance from the FBI and ATF.
CCTV footage of the suspect has been released, and Utah Governor Spencer Cox has hinted at the possibility of capital punishment if the killer is caught and convicted.
