As the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, collate results of the Edo states gubernatorial election, conducted across the state on Saturday, 19, there have been different feeling by individuals as regards to the results.
While several individuals are acknowledging the performance of INEC, others are calling on the electoral body to decide an inconclusive election.
Also, there are fears that they might be a rise of Coronavirus, COVID-19 cases in the state, following the non adherence to the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, social distance proocol.
At the moment, INEC had gone on break as they awaits other LG results.
According to the situation of the state as monitored by our correspondent from the INEC collation center, Governor Godwin Obaseki is leading after results from 13 Local Government Areas with a difference of 80,495 votes.
