BBNaija S9: Biggie Ends Custodian Challenge, Reinstates HOH Immunity And Ballot System

The adjustments was announced during the BBNaija Sunday live show by host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.

Also, the adjustments have effectively abolished several of the twists that were introduced earlier in the BBNaija season.

Among the most notable changes is the removal of the Custodian Challenge

Also, the Custodian role which provided immunity from eviction but left the HOH vulnerable, has now been completely scrapped.

Additionally, the HOH ballot system, where housemates previously vied for the leadership role, has been discontinued.

With the elimination of this system, Biggie has reinstated full immunity for the Head of House, a privilege that had been absent under the previous rules.

However, in a twist, the HOH no longer has the power to “save and replace” nominees for eviction, a move that adds a new layer of strategy to the role.

Another significant change is the stripping of housemates’ power to vote for the eviction of the bottom four pairs.

Previously, housemates played a crucial role in deciding which pairs faced eviction.

Under the new rules, pairs will now nominate each other for eviction, but it will ultimately be the viewers who have the final say through their votes.
