After series of controversies, spiced with numerous clash and backlashes from internet users and Nigerians in general, controversial Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has again made the headlines.
While Nigerians continue to bear the biting hardship rocking the country and rising insecurity, Yul announced the opening of a ministry.
Edochie announced the development via his Instagram page on Tuesday. He called netizens to join him on YouTube every Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and experience transformation.
Call From God
Yul’s announcement has gotten tongues wagging, as many Nigerians air their views on the issue.
“How can a man like Yul be called by God”, many whispered behind their keypads.
Let’s not forget that some months ago, Edochie had revealed that he was called by God to serve him.

But, with the increasing numbers of churches, which have now become a business venture for some, many people find it very difficult to believe Yul.
In a banner shared on his page, the actor disclosed that the name of his new church is True Salvation Ministry.
He wrote: “It’s time to answer the call of God Almighty.
“It’s time to do His work fully.
“To spread the true message of God.
“Tune in, and be transformed”.
As Nigerians flood the internet with numerous reactions, one question begs for an answer: did God call Yul?
Or is this just another means of cashing out?, as suspected by many people.
Time will surely tell.
