The funeral for Herbert Wigwe, the former CEO of Access Bank Plc, continued with a night of tributes in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The events leading up to his burial began on Monday, March 4, 2024, with a ceremony honoring his professional achievements titled “Herbert Wigwe: Celebrating Professional Excellence.”
He, along with his wife and son, tragically passed away in a helicopter crash on February 9, 2024, while traveling to attend the Super Bowl LVIII championship in Las Vegas, United States.
