Nigerian music icon and dancehall legend Timaya has released his much-anticipated ninth studio album, Gladiator, a powerful tribute to his enduring musical legacy and artistic journey spanning two decades.
Gladiator features 12 tracks that highlight Timaya’s relentless consistency and artistic evolution.
The album includes collaborations with top artists such as Indigenous rap icon Phyno, YBNL leader Olamide, Afrobeats queen Tiwa Savage, and Jamaican dancehall star Konshens, adding rich diversity to the sound.
Production for the album is led by Timaya’s frequent collaborator Young D, known for crafting hits for Gyptian and Davido.
The project also features contributions from industry heavyweights like Jonny Blaze and Nigerian iconic producer Masterkraft, creating a dynamic soundscape that complements Timaya’s storytelling throughout the album.
