Afrobeat superstar, Davido, has taken a swipe at fellow superstar, Burnaboy in his latest song release ”Fem” which dropped today.
One of the lines in the song, ”Tell Odogwu say we like to party,” borrows the title of two of Burnaboy’s songs, ”Odogwu” and ”Like to party” to shade the artiste.
Burna had famously mocked Davido after the self-acclaimed OBO announced his album will be released in July 2020. Burnaboy, in a cryptic message, said Davido’s father sponsored his career, and the DMW boss wasn’t as talented as he was made to appear.
The entire Fem song was laced with hidden messages such as ”I set trends no be twitter stuff,” ”I get men, I no de gather boys,” and ”30BG dem go para for you.”

Yesterday, 30BG signee, Peruzzi made a post referencing Burnaboy’s fans, referring to him as Goliath, another cryptic message which draw from the “Odogwu” song cover which had a Gorilla head, ”African Giant” album and “Twice as Tall” his recent album.
If you don’t like David, go offline tomorrow. Or just go visit Goliath… or some other dead guy 💀
