Taylor Swift announced the fourth and final version of her upcoming album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” during her second Eras Tour concert in Singapore.
She revealed it during the surprise songs part of her set, where she performed a mix of “Long Story Short” from Evermore and “The Story of Us” from Speak Now.
This was also the first time she performed “Long Story Short” live.
“I wanted to show you something that nobody else has seen,” Swift said before showing the cover art of the fourth version, called “The Black Dog.”
The cover art is in black and white, showing a photo of Swift with her head held up. On the back, there’s another strong picture and the quote, “Old habits die screaming.”
The fourth version of “The Tortured Poets Department” will be released on April 19, 2024.
