Amidst ongoing rumours linking Nigeria’s Stanley Nwabali to Kaizer Chiefs, the goalkeeper has now addressed the speculation.

Nwabali has emerged as the Super Eagles’ reliable goalkeeper as they approach the semi-final stage of the Africa Cup of Nations.
His standout displays have garnered interest from several clubs both domestically and internationally, with reports suggesting that Soweto giants Amakhosi are leading the race for his signature.
Responding to the rumour, Nwabali told KickOff via SNL24, “I’m not a manager and you are also not a manager, so no.
“I don’t love any (other) club, I only know about Chippa United, I don’t want to focus on club matters right now”.
However, Nwabali’s consistent performances in Ivory Coast may attract interest from other clubs abroad.
This makes it a challenge for the Glamour Boys to secure his services.
