A tragic incident in the Afashio Community of Uzairue, located in the Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State, which left five people dead under suspicious circumstances has left the internet blazing with reactions.
This tragedy events which unfolded last week involved four young men and a young woman who were discovered lifeless in a single room.
It was brought to public notice after family members, alarmed by their absence decided to check in on them.
Sadly, to their greatest surprise, all they could find were lifeless bodies littered in the room.
Reports indicate that two of the deceased were brothers, while the others, including the woman, were close friends.

A source within the community suggested that food poisoning could be the cause, as the bodies showed no visible signs of injury or struggle.
The Investigation Begins
The incident has been reported to the Jattu Police Division, with families of the victims urgently seeking answers.
Confirming the case, Edo State Police Command spokesperson Moses Yamu stated, “the Command is aware. An investigation to determine the cause of death is ongoing.”
However, while the police are busy with their investigations, Nigerians on social media have already concluded theirs.
As we speak, they have identified a teenage girl as the prime suspect in the murder case.
Unconfirmed reports suggest that the yet-to-be-identified teenager committed the crime as pay pack to her ex-lover for breaking her heart.
Well, after all said and done, everyone will still have to wait for the police to conclude its investigation.
