Deadline to return your old notes is still 10 February 2023 until you hear otherwise from the CBN.

Is CBN bound by the Supreme Court interim order that restrains it from not recognizing the old naira notes after February 10 even when they aren't joined to the suit? I think not!
CBN is autonomous and not subject to the directive of the AGF. The APC Governors should know this

The supreme court judgment is of no use to the masses. CBN has already taken over 1 trillion naira worth of old notes out of circulation.
This decision won't bring back the old notes into circulation or make the new notes available.— NKEM🔥🔫 (@Nkemchor_) February 8, 2023
Nigeria ooo, protesters besieged CBN & Justice Ministry protesting against Supreme Court ruling. That Buhari should issue executive order to counter Supreme Court. I don laugh tire oooo. People wey no get money from ATM dey protest.

Atiku & Peter Obi support the CBN policy so they are being mocked by APC after Supreme Court extended the CBN deadline on old notes. The man who has all powers to stop the policy is not even being mentioned while those without executive powers are mocked. Politics defies logic
