Billionaire business man, Obinna Iyiegbu better known as Obi Cubana has been released from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) after several questioning.
The celebrity businessman was arrested on November 1, 2021 over alleged money laundering and tax fraud.

However, the EFCC spokesman Wilson Uwujaren confirmed that the billionaire had been released on November 4, 2021.
While in detention, the businessman was said to have been questioned about his alleged involvement in money laundering and tax fraud.
However, he gained his freedom after the commission completed their questioning and got details of what they need to know.
Recall that Obi Cubana became the talk of the town following the lavish burial ceremony of his mother which took place in Oba, Anambra state.
