Popular skit maker, Debo Adedayo, popularly known as Mr Macaroni has berated a twitter user who imagined he was the one arrested over the alleged N-Power fraud instead of D’banj.

Recall that veteran Nigerian singer, Dbanj made headlines following reports that he was arrested and detained for allegedly diverting monies earmarked by the Federal government for N-Power project.
However, Dbanj via his lawyer had claimed that he was not arrested but invited for questioning, while also adding that he is not guilty of the allegations against him.
Reacting to the development, a Twitter user opined that if it was Mr Macaroni that was arrested people would have said the government is after opposing voices, as Macaroni is well known as an activist.
She wrote, “Imagine it was Mr macaroni that was arrested for alleged NPower fraud not dbanj. People would have said the government is after opposing voices.”

However, this statement did not sit well with the skit maker who almost immediately blasted the tweep asking her to imagine if it was her father that was arrested for fraud.
He replied, “Why not imagine that it was your father that was arrested. What would people say. Since we are all imagining.”
