Martinelli got back his scoring boots during the 2-2 draw against Aston Villa, which was his sixth strike in the Premier League – not the kind of returns that one would expect from a player of his stature and calibre.

Yet the Brazilian remains unphased and emphasised that his head remains firmly on his job for the Gunners as the North London side continue to chase their first league title over two decades.

In an interview with NSS-SportsMartinelli said: “Feeling under pressure is part of the game.

“Then, after a while, you get used to it.

“I’ve had a ball between my feet since I was 6, when I played futsal with Corinthians , where I still felt a lot of pressure.”

He expressed gratitude and contentment, declaring he wouldn’t alter any aspect of his life.

“What more could I ask for at this moment? Absolutely nothing,” he said.

“My family is fine, I feel great and healthy, but above all I play for Arsenal, one of the most important clubs in the world .

“I wouldn’t change anything about my life at this moment.”

Enthusiasm For Fashion

While football dominates his life, Martinelli has a well-documented enthusiasm for fashion.

“He candidly shared his preference for luxury brands, saying, “Fashion is a passion of mine.

“If I could only wear one brand for the rest of my life, it would be Louis Vuitton.

“Even though, lately, I’ve been obsessed with Prada.”

When asked about what he might have pursued if not football, Martinelli admitted he struggled to imagine an alternative path.

“I don’t know, seriously, I have no idea,” he said.

“By the way, this is a question my father often asked me when I still lived in Brazil.

“I answered that I saw no alternatives in front of me.

“When I don’t play football, I hardly think or do anything else.

“At most I spend time with my family and friends, or I think about Dior and Louis Vuitton.”

As Arsenal continues to battle on multiple fronts, Martinelli’s unwavering commitment and form will be vital to their ambitions.

Whether scoring goals or sporting high fashion, the Brazilian embodies a drive for excellence in all he does.

His attention now turns to Arsenal’s crucial Champions League encounter against Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday, where a win will be a major step in securing their place as a seeded team in the tournament’s last 16.
