Manchester United could place a second bid for Atalanta forward Rasmus Hojlund after missing out on Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen.
Tottenham’s Harry Kane and Napoli’s Victor Osimhen were first connected with a move to Manchester United, but Spurs reportedly declined to work with the Red Devils, and Osimhen’s asking price of £150 million is too high for the club to match.
The club has now turned its attention to Hojlund of Atalanta as a result of this.
They are getting ready to submit a second £40 million proposal for the Danish forward after having their previous £31 million offer rejected by the Italian team.
The 20-year-old appeared in 42 matches for Atalanta last season in all competitions where he scored 16 goals and provided seven assists.
