Justin Timberlake has postponed his upcoming concert at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, originally scheduled for today, due to a back injury. This is the eighth cancellation on his The Forget Tomorrow World Tour.
In a statement shared via Instagram over the weekend, Justin Timberlake expressed his regret: “I’m so sorry, Oklahoma City… I have to cancel the show on 12/2.”
“I hurt my back in NOLA, and my doctors have instructed me to rest a little bit longer. Thank you for your support – y’all know I hate doing this.”
A new date for the Oklahoma City show has not been announced.
This latest cancellation follows a series of health setbacks for the pop star. In October, he postponed six concerts in cities including Columbus, Detroit, and Chicago due to respiratory problems.
Those performances have been rescheduled for 2025.
Earlier that month, he also postponed a show in Newark due to an injury but managed to perform there a week later.
Justin Timberlake is expected to return to the stage on December 4 in Houston, Texas. The tour will continue through December 20 before a holiday break, and resume on January 13.
Spanning North America, South America, and Europe, The Forget Tomorrow World Tour supports the singer’s latest album, Everything I Thought It Was, which debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 in March.
