Federal government has been asked to immortalize Senator Abiola Ajimobi in Oyo state. The senate made the call on Tuesday during the plenary. The Upper chamber advised FG to name Ibadan Airport after Ajimobi.
The senate observed a minute silence in honour of late Senator and sent delegation to commiserate with his family.

Resolutions of the Senate were sequel to a motion by Senator Abdulfatai Buhari, All Progressives Congress, APC, Oyo North.
Ajimobi died at the age of 70, over an undisclosed ailment not far from Covid-19.
