A jury found him guilty of reckless assault and harassment in December last year.

The incident unfolded in March 2023 in a car in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood.

Majors’ then-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, took his phone thinking he was texting someone else. The text said, ‘Wish I was kissing you right now.’

When Majors tried to get his phone back, he pulled Jabbari’s finger, twisted her arm, and hit her face. The driver stopped the car and Jabbari tried to leave, but Majors put her back in.

Later that night, Majors went to a hotel but then returned home. There he found Jabbari, who said she fell asleep. Majors thought she had passed out after trying to commit suicide.

He called 911, but when asked about Jabbari, he said, ‘I don’t know.’ Police arrested Majors for domestic abuse, but he was released with a limited temporary restraining order.

Majors’ career seemingly came to a screeching halt as he continued to face allegations of abuse, including from other women. When his guilty verdict came down in December, Marvel cut ties with Majors, who was supposed to play a major part in its next cinematic chapter.
