Fidelity Bank Plc has broken silence over a viral video capturing two of its customers engaging in a fight in one of it branches.
The bank assured customers of the availability of cash across all its payment channels as the Tier 2 bank sought to play down the alleged frustrations that resulted in the fight.

Recall that a trending video capturing two customers of the bank fighting and using available bank paraphernalia and gear to hit at one another had surfaced.
Although the actual cause of the fight is yet to be revealing, many have linked it to frustration which the customers may have met in the course of their banking operation.
Reacting to the trending video of the two Fidelity Bank customers fighting in its banking hall, the bank in a statement issued through the Head of Corporate Communications, Dr. Meksley Nwagboh, said:
“Our customers can rest assured that we are working to meet their banking needs.

“All our branches nationwide are open to customers to pay in their old notes and withdraw the new notes in accordance with the Central Bank of Nigeria’s policy on Naira redesign.”
Fidelity bank as such enjoined customers of the bank to visit the nearest branch to carry out their banking transactions with a promise of a peaceful environment.
