I never thought the day would come when Mummy GO would be dragged on Twitter.
Well, I’m not surprised because some social media users have allegedly been dragging the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor E.A. Adeboye, into the controversy.
As of March 27, 2023, Faith Oyedepo, popularly known as Mummy GO, innocently took to her Twitter page to share her first miscarriage experience.
I remember when I was pregnant with our first son, one day I saw blood flowing from me and when my husband returned home, I told him that I had a miscarriage. Boldly, and without any hesitation, he said, “You can’t have a miscarriage!”, and then asked to be served his meal.

Reacting to the post, some Twitter users commended her faith, while others disagreed.
Here are some reactions.
Great faith displayed… Confessions made by us in situations matters.. papa clearly understood “the power of life and death lays on the tongue”, hence his counter and request for food… There was no miscarriage!!! God be praised… I crave faith as strong as this…

Also for those at the back, if you’re pregnant and you suddenly bleeds, please don’t wait for your prayer plug to finish before getting yourself to the hospital for obstetric scan and medical care. You can be praying while going to hospital.
Don’t play yourself.

Some people will misquote this. Now, it didn’t mean that her husband came in to see her bleeding. It had happened before he came so she was just only telling him what happened. Then he told her “you can’t have a miscarriage, please bring semo, I’m hungry”. Faith in action.

I’m suprised at the tweets here, where Papa and Mama have reached in their walk with God, non of us has done one-tenth of it. We can’t even cast out small malaria not to talk of bigger challenges

The faith of Daddy And Mummy Oyedepo be be here. Imagine telling Sarah that she will be pregnant at that age, she laughed.
I am imagining what went through their minds. But they stood Thier ground and believed and today we can see the results. It’s Only God’s strength.— IJE~OMMA (@IjeomaUkwe) March 28, 2023
