In a moment that could have ended in devastation, Pastor Jerry Eze, the founder of NSPPD, has shared a spine-chilling testimony of how he and his team survived what could have been a fatal plane crash.
The renowned pastor known for his fiery prayer sessions revealed the shocking experience during a Sunday church service.
Pastor Jerry recounted that the incident occurred shortly after the NSPPD Prayer Conference in Lagos.
As he and his team boarded their flight back to Abuja, an unusual feeling of unease overwhelmed him.
Unable to shake off the discomfort in his spirit, he requested to see the pilot before take-off.
His request, however, was met with some hesitation.
When asked why he wanted to see the pilot, he simply responded, “My spirit is not accepting the pilot”.
Despite this strong inner prompting, exhaustion from the intense prayer conference led him to surrender the matter to God in prayer, hoping for a safe journey.
The Terrifying Moment
As the flight progressed, everything seemed fine until the moment they approached their destination.
Suddenly, chaos erupted on board.
Passengers were jolted into fear as the aircraft experienced an alarming turbulence, and before they knew it, the situation spiralled into panic.
Then came the terrifying moment.
“We heard a loud ‘Gboahhh!’ The impact shook the plane violently,” Pastor Jerry recounted,
The aircraft had crash-landed.
“They said it’s a hard landing, they said it’s crash landing, they said whatever it is,” he continued.
The impact was severe enough to burst all the plane’s tyres upon landing, but miraculously, every single passenger walked out unscathed.

Standing before his congregation, Pastor Jerry Eze lifted his voice in gratitude, proclaiming: “But when we came out of the plane, all the tyres had burst. But every one of us came out—nothing missing, nothing broken!”.
