Christmas: Outrage Trails Video Of Traders Reducing Quantity Of Rice Bags (Video)

Nigerians on and offline have taken to their handles to express displeasure following a viral video capturing some traders reducing the quantity of rice bags in an undisclosed location.

In the viral video, a yet-to-be-identified voice could be heard in the background explaining how traders remove a paint of rice from each bag before selling it in the market.
