Capital Market Stakeholders, NGX Group Pay Last Respect To Late Ogunbanjo

It was a sad afternoon at the Nigerian Exchange Group on Tuesday, as the capital market community paid their last respect to the late Bamofin Abimbola Ogunbanjo.

The news of Late Abimbola Ogunbanjo’s death in a helicopter crash alongside the Wigwe’s swept across the media.

Many were left confused and dumbfounded and at the same time, not able to comprehend such news.

Alas! It was found to be true and not rumour.

The Group Chairman of the Nigerian Exchange Group, the late Bamofin Abimbola Ogunbanjo has passed on to glory.

To pay homage, the NGX Group and the capital market community on Tuesday, organised an Afternoon of Tributes and a Closing Gong Ceremony where tributes were paid.

In attendance was the former president of the NSE, Dr. Oba Otudeko, Chairman of Coronation Group, Aigboje Aig-Imuokhuede.

Also in attendance was the Chairman of the NGX Group, Umaru Kwairanga; and the Group CEO of NGX Group, Temi Popoola, among the dignitaries that graced the occasion.
