Popular Nigerian preacher Bishop Oyedepo has given his part of the story, following the release of a leaked audio recording between him and the Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi.
The founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop Oyedepo, said on Sunday that he never campaigned for any politician or spoke on their behalf in the build-up to the 2023 General Elections in Nigeria.
Oyedepo said this while speaking to the congregation at the church’s headquarters, Faith Tabernacle, Ota, Ogun State.

Leaked Audio
On Saturday, April 1, 2023, an online news platform, released an audio that had the voice of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi.
In that audio, Peter Obi described the 2023 election as a religious war.
After the release of the video, it has been trending on social media.
In a leaked audio recording, Obi was heard telling Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith Church Worldwide, aka Winners Chapel, to help him get votes from Christians in the West.
