Jude Bellingham claims he has learned his lesson after finishing his suspension for telling a referee to “f*ck off” during a La Liga match.

Bellingham was sent off during Real’s 1-1 draw with Osasuna in February after shouting abuse at the official, prompting a row about whether the offence was worth a dismissal.
His side’s 2-1 La Liga defeat to Real Betis on Saturday was the last game of his ban and he posted a picture of the gym on Instagram with the caption “lesson learned”.
Real badly missed their star midfielder, going down 2-1 at Betis to slip to third in the La Liga table.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side must catch rivals Atletico Madrid and Barcelona if they are to defend their title.
Bellingham posed in the gym and wrote on Instagram: “Weekends without a game. Lesson learnt!”
