She has strongly condemned the brutal murder of Idowu Christianah, a 300-level student of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB).

Christianah’s death has shocked the nation after reports surfaced that she was allegedly killed by her friend, Ayomide Adeleye, a suspected serial killer.

Investigations into the case have also revealed that Adeleye had been previously linked to the deaths of his ex-girlfriend and his own blood sister in separate incidents in 2018 and 2020.

Also, it raises concerns about a disturbing pattern of violence.

The singer emphasised the urgent need to address the growing violence against women in Nigeria.

Also, she insists that women deserve better protection and treatment in society.
