The General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries International, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has knocked the Federal Government for pardoning repentant terrorists while supporting the Shari’a law that has condemned 22-year-old Yahaya Sharif-Aminu to death for blasphemy.

Suleiman, in a tweet reacting today to the ruling of an Upper Shari’a Court in Kano State, said “A country that pardons terrorists wants to kill a man for blasphemy. I am sure even Saudi Arabia is shocked… the worst form of deception is self-deceit.”

Yahaya was condemned to death by hanging for singing and publicizing a song in which he blasphemed prophet Muhammed.

Meanwhile, the Federal Government had recently released over 600 repentant terrorists and given them N20,000, much to the disappointment of many Nigerians.
