American actress, Issa Rae has recently signed a mouth watering deal with WarnerMedia and HBO to produce TV movies and shows for them.
The deal gives the two companies exclusive rights to the actress’ work on TV which is done through her company, Hoorae media label.

However, WarnerMedia will also get a first-look deal for all of her work and will be showcased in their other brands.
According to Variety, the deal is valued at N15bn which spreads over five years and matches Rae with other top earners in content creation like Donald Glover, who has a lucrative deal with Amazon.
The movie star noted further that she was happy to deepen the relationship she has with the companies, which believed and built with her vision.
