Nigerian comedian Seyi Law has apologised to those who were offended by his support for APC candidate, Bola Tinubu, who was declared the winner of the 2023 presidential election in the early hours of March 1, 2023.
The comedian, who stated that bitterness and hatred toward one another should not be tolerated among Nigerians, added that he had mixed feelings—not about Tinubu’s victory, but about the genuine anger expressed by supporters of other political candidates.
Seyi Law is one of many celebrities who have openly expressed their support for Tinubu.
Many people reacted negatively to his post, with many urging him to address the election irregularities.
Actually, he avoided talking about the irregularities that people have identified in the election and focused on the less weightier issue of sentiments and support.
