Lagos State residents have continued to experience different levels of protests in various locations of the state.
In the latest update, angry protesters in Mowe/Ibafo axis have stormed the streets in large numbers to block the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway over the continued scarcity of new Naira notes.

The protesters, who were armed with sticks and other weapons, in the early hours of Friday, barricaded the expressway, leading to heavy gridlock on the road on both sides.
The development has left hundreds of motorists stranded on the road.
