Controversial Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu has taken to social media to blast billionaire businessman, Obi Cubana for spending heavily on his late mother’s burial.
The actor stated that the billionaire could not afford to fix the untarred roads in his village as well as provide boreholes for residents in Oba to have access to clean water.
