Google to open first physical retail store in New York

Following the expulsion of ‘Crowwe’ app on the Google Playstore, some Nigerians have expressed worry over the fate of the search engine.

Much has been made of the deletion of the app promoted by Adamu Garba, and light humour has been employed by some to speculate the domino effect.

Observations made by our reporter on social media, revealed that many were happy Garba was on the receiving end, after filing a lawsuit against Twitter in 2020, and celebrating the suspension of the platform in Nigeria.

There have been suggestions that the Federal Government may react by banning the search engine’s Playstore.
