The singer condemned the fact that a police sergeant earns nothing less than 50-60thousand monthly without benefits and expect that things will go smoothly.

Taking to Twitter, he wrote: “It’s a great morning to demand for institutional reform in Nigeria. No reason why a sergeant on the police force earns 50/60k ($127) a month with no benefits! It doesn’t help our plight. #SARSMUSTEND“

Recall that Burna Boy disclosed that he couldn’t join the EndSARS protest because his mum is currently recovering from a surgery and he has to be with her. Despite this, he has taken it upon himself as well as some of his colleagues to lend their voice to the ongoing #EndSARS protest happening across the country.
