Megan Thee Stallion has filed an application for a restraining order against Tory Lanez, claiming he continues to harass her from prison through social media and third parties, according to court documents.
The petition requests Lanez be prevented from orchestrating further harassment against Megan through third parties.
The court documents allege that Lanez, despite being sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting Megan in 2020, continues to cause her repeated trauma and “revictimization”.
Tory Lanez, was convicted in 2022 on charges of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, having a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle, and discharging a firearm with gross negligence. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison in August 2023 but has filed an appeal.
Megan’s filing also alleges that Tory Lanez has been using blogger Milagro Gramz to engage in a “conspiratorial relationship.”
In October, Megan filed a lawsuit against the blogger for harassment and spreading falsehoods related to the 2020 shooting incident.
On December 10, she amended her complaint to include additional details from Lanez’s prison call logs, which shed light on his alleged involvement with Cooper.
