Social media critic, VeryDarkMan, has called out Ubi Franklin, the manager of Davido’s wife, Chioma, over an alleged scam.
In a video shared on Instagram, VeryDarkMan claimed that Franklin failed to honour a business deal involving Chioma’s name and defrauded a man of N10 million in June 2024.
VeryDarkMan also released audio conversations between Franklin and the man, giving the talent manager 72 hours to settle the alleged debt.
In his post, VeryDarkMan expressed his frustration with Franklin’s actions, adding that he had previously reported the manager’s use of Davido’s name in scams.
He wrote, “@Davido I cannot understand how Ubi Franklin, a manager under 30BG, is out here scamming people. I have reported him to you before, anyways Ubi Franklin, you have till Tuesday to pay up.”
