The former CEO of Nigerian e-commerce giant Konga and the current CEO of D.light, Nick Imudiahas died by suicide.
Imudia reportedly took his own life on the night of Tuesday, June 25, 2024, by jumping from the balcony of his apartment in Lekki, Lagos.
Before his death, he called his brother in the United States to give instructions on how to distribute his wealth and also reached out to his young daughter from a previous relationship, reassuring her that he would always be with her in spirit.
Imudia’s death has left friends, family, and colleagues in shock.
Originally from Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State, Imudia had previously been married to the mother of his daughter, who also hailed from the same local government.
The marriage ended due to irreconcilable differences.
