However, former Manchester City and Manchester United star Carlos Tevez has been admitted to hospital after suffering “chest pain”.
According to top-flight Argentinian side C.A. Independiente, the club the 40-year-old manages, the former striker was hospitalised in Buenos Aires on Tuesday after seeking medical help.
The club added that the tests at La Trinidad Hospital in San Isidro were “satisfactory” and will provide updates on his condition in due course.
The Argentine club tweeted: “Our coach, Carlos Tevez, entered the La Trinidad Sanatorium in San Isidro with chest pain.
“They carried out the corresponding studies and they were satisfactory.
“Tomorrow you will continue with a series of exams scheduled in advance as part of a general check-up that is usually carried out”.
They later added: “Carlos Tevez will be hospitalized as a precaution until the corresponding studies are completed.”

Tevez had a brilliant career, playing for Argentina’s national team as well as City, United, Juventus, and Boca Juniors.
He left the game in 2021 and went on to manage Rosario Central and, more recently, Independiente in his home Argentina.
However, millions of people will be hoping for the ex-forward to fully recover after earning a reputation as one of the best in the modern era of sports.

As per the rumours, Tevez will be subjected to additional testing at a hospital in Buenos Aires known as Finochietto Hospital.
Also, on May 12, Independiente is scheduled to return to domestic competition against Talleres Cordoba.
