The All-share Index appreciated by 0.10% to settle at 98,847.89 basis points from the previous close of 98,751.98 basis points.

Investors made ₦1.86 trillion gains, as market capitalisation closed at ₦55.890 trillion.
An aggregate of 429,639,960 units of shares was traded in 10,749 deals valued at ₦19 billion.
Gainers And Losers
Transcorp Plc led other gainers with 9.94% growth to close at ₦15.70 from its previous price of ₦14.28
PZ Cussons, Neimeth International Pharmaceutical, and Juli Plc amongst other gainers also grew their share prices by 9.93%, 9.88%, and 9.87% respectively.
Vitafoam Nigeria, and Unity Bank both shed 10% off their share prices to close at ₦22.95, and ₦1.98, respectively.
Dangote Sugar also declined by 10% of its share price to close at ₦53.10
Volume Drivers
Transcorp Plc traded about 203.433 million units of its shares in 717 deals, valued at ₦3.187 billion.
