After the hard and tough Monday hustle, Nigerians had gone home to rest, for our Lagos brothers and sisters, this rest must have even begun as they sat in the ‘danfo bus’ with no idea when they would get home.
That was the same day Nigerian musician, Mayorkun decided to draw the battle line with his fans in Calabar.

“Ah, wetin Calabar people do Mayor?”, many had reacted jokingly.
Lets not spend too much time on what people are saying now for there are too numerous to mention as the issue has become top on the trend chart.
Now the full gist
Many persons must have gone to bed, but the pains in Mayorkun’s heart could not let him sleep. “I have to do something”, he thought to himself and boom, the perfect idea.

The singer wasted no time. He took to his social media handle and then, the dragging began.
He has scraped Calabar from the list of 36 Nigerian states after his terrible experience at his concert.
The 29-year-old was slated to perform there in the state and he got there in one piece.
However, it seems all did not go well eventually as after the performance, Mayorkun indicated in his posts that he did not have a great time.
The Stolen Chain
The reason for his grievances is still unknown although many have assumed that his chain worth millions of Naira was stolen in the concert at Calabar.
In his words: “I just want to wake up from this dream bro 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴
Nightmare is a better word! 🤦🏽♂️
CALABAR, You’ll probably NEVER EVER see me again, goodluck to the other artistes coming for your festivals tho. ❤️
Izz gone! no wam! ❤️”
