Imo election day is drawing near and the Vice President, Kashim Shettima, is already in the state to flag off the rally to herald the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship election campaign in the state.
Also, 14 other governors of the ruling party are in Imo State to show support and solidarity for Governor Hope Uzodimma.
Early Preparations
The VP, the APC governors, and other stalwarts of the party are in the state to flag off the Imo governorship election campaign at the grand rally to be held at the Dan Anyiam stadium.
It was gathered that the entrance of the Dan Anyiam stadium, the venue of the rally, was open as early as 8 a.m.
This is to enable thousands of APC supporters from the 27 local government areas to have access to the venue of Imo election campaign.
